But if you’re looking to extend the fun you have at the Gaffney House, then our riverside property becomes not only a delightful view from our exclusive balconies and open patios, but a boat dock on the Ohio River that offers boat rentals and boat slip rentals.
The Ohio River flows through or borders six states of the US – Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia – and its drainage basin includes parts of 14 different states. The Gaffney House sits on the bank of it, where the aptly-named River Road trails alongside the Ohio. Our location has allowed us to provide space for a private boat slip that can be rented for an additional fee with the house or all by itself. We want to include you in what the Gaffney House has to offer in every way that we can!
Watch the barges glide past and experience the mesmerizing ripples of the Ohio River’s cool waters take ahold of your senses and draw you to the edge of the property, where we await to offer the opportunity to extend your reach from the Gaffney House into the river itself.
